Vincent C. Deluzio

Leadership. Vince served as a partner, board member, and lead the Corporate Control Group of Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney (formerly, Buchanan Ingersoll), a major Pennsylvania law firm based in Pittsburgh. He was also appointed partner and head of the Corporate Control Group in the major Philadelphia based law firm, Pepper Hamilton LLP. After practicing for 30 years, he left the legal profession in 2002 to become President and Chief Executive Officer of ValuAmerica, a major financial services company in the mortgage industry until 2005, when he co-founded R& V Associates.
