Vincent C. Deluzio

Healthcare and Community Service. As Managing Director of R & V Associates, he is extensively involved with the Diocese of Wheeling Charleston, West Virginia in managing Wheeling Hospital and administering other health care initiatives in the state of West Virginia involving the Diocese of Wheeling Charleston. In addition, Vince serves as Vice Chairman of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Board and is a member of the Board of The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). Mr. Deluzio spent approximately the past nine years as a key member of the team assembled for the restructuring of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Mr. Deluzio served in a variety of key leadership positions at the hospital, including key positions on the Board of Trustees' Executive Committee, Finance and Investment Committees (serving as Chairman). Vince was an integral part of the negotiation on the acquisition of Children’s Hospital by UPMC and the resultant agreement to build a state of the art facility for a new Children's Hospital on the site of the former St. Francis Hospital in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh. He has served on the boards of several other non-profit organizations including, The Pittsburgh Opera, the Pittsburgh Italian Scholarship Fund and Family House.
